How Click & Collect works

1. Shop online

Browse our range and add your chosen items to cart.

2. Select Click & Collect

At checkout, choose Click & Collect and select your preferred pickup location.

3. We organise your order

Our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your order and next steps.

4. Collect your order

We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection from our Auckland Distribution Centre (Ti Rakau Drive). If you’re collecting from another location, our delivery partner Mainfreight will be in touch when your order is ready.

Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

In-stock items are often available for next-day collection from our Auckland Distribution Centre (Ti Rakau Drive).
For other locations, orders typically arrive within up to 10 working days.
Your collection date will be confirmed once your order is ready.

If you need a more specific timeframe, our Customer Care team is happy to help.

Need it quickly?

If your item is in stock at our Auckland Distribution Centre, you may be able to collect it directly without waiting for it to be transferred to another location.

We recommend contacting our team before purchasing to confirm availability.
