How delivery works

Add your items to cart and enter your delivery address at checkout to see your delivery cost.

2. We confirm your delivery

Our Customer Care team will be in touch within 24 hours to organise dispatch and next steps.

3. Choose your delivery time

Auckland: We’ll contact you to book a delivery day and time
Nationwide: Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule delivery

Delivery timeframes

  • Auckland (in-stock items): Next-day delivery may be available
  • North Island: Typically within 10 working days from dispatch
  • South Island: Timeframes vary depending on location

Next Day Delivery (selected Auckland & Waikato suburbs)

Next Day Delivery is available on eligible in-stock items in Auckland and selected surrounding regions.
To check if your address qualifies and see your estimated delivery date, simply enter your suburb at checkout or in your cart.
Delivery availability and timeframes will be calculated based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Today, Shipped Tomorrow (Nationwide)

For in-stock items, your order will leave our Auckland warehouse the next business day. Delivery time will then depend on your location.

Important delivery information

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout
  • We deliver within New Zealand only
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or private boxes
  • Delivery is completed once items are unloaded at your address
  • All items in your order will be delivered together once ready

Rural & oversized deliveries

Some rural or oversized items may incur additional delivery fees. If this applies, we’ll contact you to discuss options.

Smaller items

Smaller items may be shipped via courier. A signature may be required on delivery.

Can I choose my delivery time?

Delivery timing depends on your location, but we’ll always keep you informed and provide options where possible.
For deliveries outside Auckland and selected Waikato areas, you’ll receive date options and time slots from our delivery partner Mainfreight2Home.
For Auckland and selected Waikato deliveries, our team will contact you the day prior (between 3pm and 6pm) with a 2-hour delivery window.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes — next-day delivery is available on eligible in-stock items in Auckland and selected Waikato areas.

Can I track my delivery?

Our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange and confirm your delivery.
