Warranty & Product Care
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranties cover manufacturing defects (while normal wear and tear is part of everyday use).
What your warranty covers
Our warranties cover faults in materials and workmanship that affect how your product performs.
They do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, environmental damage, or changes that occur naturally over time.

Warranty by product type
Lounge suites
- Frame – 15 years
- Foam – 5 years
- Mechanical components – 3 years
- Electrical components – 2 years
- Fabric – 1 year
- Leather – 3 years
Foam softening, fabric wear, and natural creasing are normal over time and are not considered defects.
Mattresses
Warranty periods range from 3 to 10 years, depending on the product.
Body impressions and comfort changes are a normal part of mattress use and are not considered faults. We recommend rotating mattresses on a regular basis.
Timber & MDF furniture
Timber is a natural material and may expand, contract or change in appearance over time. This is expected and not considered a defect. To help maintain its finish, clean using appropriate, non-silicone-based products, as silicone cleaners can damage the surface over time.

- Outdoor Furniture – 3 years
- Fabric – 1 year
Outdoor furniture requires regular care to maintain its condition. Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty. Damage caused by prolonged UV or sun exposure is not considered a manufacturing fault.

- Frame & gas lifts – 1 year
- Upholstery – 1 year
Metal, glass & marble
Natural variations, minor surface inconsistencies and material characteristics are not considered defects.
