Rivo/Riva Couch – Important Information: Fire Risk Alert

Attention Rivo/Riva Couch Owners:

We are committed to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This notice is to inform you of a potential fire risk associated with the LED light-up cup holders on some of the Rivo/Riva couch models.

What You Need to Know:

  • We identified a potential issue with the cup holders that may cause them to overheat.
  • To address this, we have proactively reached out to all customers who purchased these models.

If you have not been contacted regarding this issue, it is essential that you disconnect the cup holders immediately to minimise any risk.

How to Disconnect the Cup Holders

Follow these steps to safely disconnect the cup holders:

  1. Unplug the Couch: Locate the power cord for your couch and unplug it from the wall outlet.
  2. Locate the Cup Holder Wires: Underneath the couch, find the wires connecting the cup holders to the power source. These are usually near the armrests.
  3. Disconnect the Wires: Carefully unplug the connectors or clips attaching the cup holder wires to the main power supply.
  4. Secure the Wires: Ensure any exposed wires are tucked away safely to avoid further use or damage.
  5. Test to Ensure Disconnection: Plug the couch back in and confirm the cup holders are no longer functioning.
